Individual items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. The amount credited will be for the actual purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be waived.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items that smell of smoke, fabric refreshers, perfume, or any other odors that make the item unsellable, will not be accepted. Please keep the items in a package/bag away from pets/dirt/etc until your order is returned.
To complete your return, a return authorization form must be included in your return shipment package. To receive an return authorization, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have credited your account.
Clearance items may or may not be eligible for return. Please email email@example.com if you would like clarification.

Damaged items will be replaced with the exact item purchased. To be eligible for a replacement, please email photos of the damaged items and your order number to email@example.com
To return your product, you must mail your product to the address provided with the return authorization you receive via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
